The description says embroidered hems. Well that is true as far as it goes. However, the hems are ragged with strings hanging below the embroidery. The online picture did not show this nor was it mentioned in the description. I do not buy jeans, shorts, tops, etc., that are ripped or have frayed, raw, or stringy edges. I am of the generation that likes to look polished when going out. Since I already have these and they fit well, I am keeping them but will cut off the strings and take them to a tailor to have the hems finished. If you are thinking of purchasing these jeans, another thing to take note of is the zipper. It is flimsy and when I was zipping them up after I tried them on, the zipper started separating at the bottom. I was able to get the jeans zipped back up without the zipper completely separating. I will take a needle and whip a thick layer of thread just above the area that is separating before trying to fully unzip them again. You should not have to do this to a new pair of $31.00 capris. Consequently, I took a star away for each issue. The studding and embroidery are beautiful, however.I love them they fit really well and I get lots of compliments. The embroidery is reallycute!!!!They are very stretchyI bought these expecting very little, but was pleasantly surprised. They are well made with a comfortable quality fabric. The rhinestones are secure and come out of the wash without any problems. (It would probably be best to turn them inside out and wash on delicate as the seller suggested, but I accidentally washed them as you would regularly wash jeans.)I am 5'10" and a fit 165 lbs. I ordered size 10 which is what I normally wear. They are very stretchy and so I could have gone down a size--especially in the waist. (I have a small waist so that is normal for me.) However, the extra room makes them very comfortable. The only thing is that when I cross my legs--because I am so tall--the rhinestones are uncomfortable under my crossed over leg. A small gripe--and this only happens because I am so tall--so I won't deduct any stars. :-)Update June10, 2022: I have purchased two additional pairs of these in size 10--the black rhinestone and the blue/yellow embroidered ones. The black pair fit exactly as the blue rhinestone pair that I originally reviewed. However, the blue/yellow embroidered pair is at least a size smaller than the other two pair and the fit is rather tight.I speculated that the manufacturer might have decided to change the sizing?Sadly, I'm deducting a star because, unlike the first two pair I purchased, the new pair, although it is very cute, it is not comfortable.Did not even look like pic nor did they fit snug and goodThe bling is falling off don’t know if I like them. I had to buy fabric glue to reattach the bling. The pants are really cute, but I think they are going to be a problem.Ordered 4 pairs same size but each fit differently had to return one pair was too small. Over all quality was good sizing isn't consistent. I ordered size 14 my usual size.The capris were too short on me, but that's usually a problem for me, I'm 5'1". I have to roll them up which is fine normally but for these if I do that I don't see the jewels. And keeping them long just looks weird, not the length they should be on a person. The fit everywhere else was great. Bought a 4 and I'm usually between a 4 and 6. Very comfortable, stretchy. It's a shame I had to return them.
