NYDJ Women's Dayla Wide Cuff Capri Jeans - High Waisted Stretch Denim Pants for Casual Wear & Summer Outfits

The Dayla style NYDJ crop pants seem very well made and of nice twill fabric, and I really like the olive green color. However, they fit me rather oddly. They are a little tighter in the waistband and zipper area than my other NYDJ jeans, and a little too big in the thighs. I can sew, so taking them in along the leg seam solved that problem. I probably won’t buy the Dayla style again - the Marilyn straight fits me much better. I think the Dayla style was designed for a figure blessed with more curves.These are my new favorite capris. I love the color and the lighter weight denim, which works great for Arizona summers. They don't have a ton of spandex in them, so they don't fit like a second skin. And they don't stretch out and get baggy, either. They just fit good. To me, they seem to fit alot like Gloria Vanderbilt. They wash great, too. They haven't faded at all after at least 10 washes. Good quality fabric and workmanship. I'll remember this label, they sell a good product.I normally wear a 10 at Talbots, and a .5 or 1 at Chicos so wasn’t sure what to get. Based on other reviews I didn’t go down a size and got a 10. They fit great, very comfortable, and the cut with cuffed hem is flattering. I got the turquoise, which is more on the greenish side than what I think of as turquoise but still a pretty color. Love these jeans so much, I am now ordering the NYDJ Clarissa skinny ankle style.Fits great, good quality. Fabric is heavier than I thought it would be. I have washed them one time & they feel the same. I have one other pair of NYDJ jeans in size 10 and these feel about the same. I'll probably cut the tacking on the cuffs though because the cuffs don't stay flat in the wash & would like to wear them in the winter with boots. I would not chance buying other brands by mail but NYDJ always fit great.These are very cute, prefect for running around or going to dinner!Wonderful capri jeans. Could wear them most of the year in my Pacific Northwest because of the versatile topiary green color and denim fabric. I love the cream color embroidery cuffs - reminds me of formal garden patterns of grids and topiary. Blue chambray shirt is perfect with these capri jeans. Very 'gardenesque'!Who wearing a size O needs such a big waist on their nydj jeans? I always have to make a small tuck in the waist band, otherwise, the jeans slip down and lose the perfect fit they should have.Need to go up one size from size 4 to a 6. For some reason this style fits tighter than other styles of NYDJ that I own.
