I give 4 stars because fit perfectly but qauity not the same likes coach shoes I use coach shoes all styles come with chip at front but I keep itI normaly wear 7.5 or 8, M to N, boots mostly size 8. I did read review, only one on Amazon and order size 8,5. That was wrong, too big ! I reorder in my size 8 - fits perfect and has room for ticker socks. I walk just around home and they feel very comfy, so I order an other color. Very nice casual boots and price awsome !!!Fit a little tight I wear a 7 1/2 so I brought a size 8 still tight. But they look very well put together.Love them. Get compliments, too. Just needed snow boots for the winter, but they are cute too.Very cute, however, I read the reviews and purchased a whole size larger from a size 9 to a 10 and still too snug even with my thinnestsocks. I will be returning unfortunately as I refuse to get a size 11.great shoes
